Email Marketing for a Real Estate Investment Firm

Brought on to develop and manage the email marketing strategy for a real estate investor with no existing email infrastructure.

Over the course of several years, I built out automated funnels, investor nurture sequences, and regular campaign communications—resulting in hundreds of emails sent with an average open rate of 33.77% and click-through rate of 7.11%, both well above real estate and finance industry benchmarks (typically 19–25% open and 2–3% click). These emails played a core role in driving qualified investors into active deals, proving the long-term compounding value of strategic, audience-aligned email systems.

Email Outreach for Private Business Acquisitions

Led cold email strategy and execution for a private investment group sourcing off-market business acquisitions.

I developed targeted outreach lists, wrote and managed outbound correspondence, and built a system for follow-up, deal tracking, and call booking. The campaign saw a response rate of 19.21% and a call booking rate of 13.80%, outperforming standard industry benchmarks (which typically range from 3–10%). By blending precision targeting with personal, compelling copy, I helped convert cold leads into warm investor conversations—proving that even in a crowded market, thoughtful communication still cuts through.
